Which elaborates on the following:

  • Decide whether you want this activity to be broken out across multiple sessions or as one.
  • Decide whether you want this activity to be group or individual work sessions or a hybrid of the two.
  • If you are planning to create groups, be prepared to assign students into groups and provide them a means to connect (whether via Google Classroom Video, etc.). We recommend group sizes of 3-5 students.
  • Decide how long you'd like the students' final presentations to be and let them know in your email so that they can best prepare. We recommend 4-5 minutes per student presentation.
  • Determine the schedule for when students will be presenting their final projects.
  • Select a reflection prompt from the list below for students to email you at the end of this activity:
    • How has your project template improved since last time?
    • Which sections of your project template do you need the most work on?
    • What is the biggest barrier in completing your project template and presentation?
